2014

Corporate Foundation

AppCase Inc., Incorporated as a Software Development Company

2016

Expansion and Key Product Development

AppCase Inc. established its main office in Valenzuela City and developed its first major software solutions, including an Emergency Dispatch System for the local government and a Marine Portal for a shipping client.

2017

Specialized Software Development and Client Growth

The company engineered specialized RTU software with water level and rain sensors for the Municipal Government of Carrascal. Additionally, it successfully expanded its Marine Portal Client by onboarding three major maritime industry clients.

2019

Strategic Consulting and Product Development

The company provided high-level business process and change impact analysis for an international telecom client. It also developed its proprietary AppCase Smart Survey System for a maritime client, demonstrating its expanding product suite.

2020

Pandemic Response and Rapid Product Expansion

AppCase Inc. rapidly developed and deployed critical COVID-19 response systems for numerous government clients, alongside launching new cloud and Gen 3 editions of its Emergency Dispatch System. The year also saw significant product diversification with the creation of a vehicle tracking system, a pet portal, and a community gift-giving platform.

2021

Advanced Pandemic Management Systems

 AppCase Inc. expanded its pandemic response tools by developing a specialized COVID-19 Vaccination System and the Valenzuela Molecular Hope (VALHOPE) platform. The company also created an Active Attendance Monitoring System, adapting its technology for event management.

2022 - 2023

Innovation in AI and Automated Systems

In 2022, AppCase Inc. focused on innovation, launching an AI-powered chatbot (DotBot) and an advanced telemetry management system (ATMOS). The company also expanded its product portfolio with a queueing system and an HRIS, while continuing to onboard key government clients.

2024

Major National Partnership and Integrated Platform Launch

AppCase Inc. secured a major partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to develop the “HELPS E-Services Plus” platform. This comprehensive system integrates seven core social services into a single, customizable back-office dashboard, representing a significant expansion into large-scale government service delivery.

2025

Expanding Civic Tech with Community Alert and CRM Systems

AppCase Inc. developed the “Malabon Ahon” community alert app and a specialized Customer Relations Management system for the Council for the Welfare of Children. These projects highlight the company’s continued focus on creating tailored technological solutions for government and civic organizations.
